Buy a 65W USB-C PD charger for the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 or T14s Gen 7 / Gen 6: Lenovo’s spec sheets list 65W USB-C adapters (PD 3.0) for all of them. Only the T14 Gen 7 also lists 100W, which Lenovo quotes for Rapid Charge on its 75Wh battery.

Lenovo’s PSREF spec sheets list 65W USB-C AC adapters supporting PD 3.0 (standard 2-pin / 3-pin, nano GaN wall-mount, slim or slim GaN; offerings depend on the country) for the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7, T14s Gen 7, T14 Gen 6 and T14s Gen 6, Intel and AMD. The T14 Gen 7 (Intel and AMD) also lists 100W USB-C adapters (slim, or dual-port GaN wall-mount), and its Thunderbolt 4 ports accept USB PD 15–100W; Lenovo quotes Rapid Charge (80% in 1 hr) for the 60Wh battery with the 65W adapter and for the 75Wh battery with the 100W adapter. Every other model here takes USB PD 15–65W. So a 65W USB-C PD charger is the match for all of them; a 100W brick makes sense for a T14 Gen 7 with the 75Wh battery, or if you want one charger for laptop and phone.

- 100W USB-C PD — only the T14 Gen 7 lists it (Rapid Charge on the 75Wh battery is quoted with Lenovo’s 100W adapter); on the others it simply charges at up to 65W. See 100W chargers.
- Under 65W — the ports accept USB PD from 15W, but Lenovo lists no adapter below 65W for these models, so expect slower charging under load.
