Samsung’s US support comparison (ANS10004600) splits the lineup: S25 and S25 Edge = 25W Super Fast Charging; S25 FE, S25+ and S25 Ultra = 45W Super Fast Charging 2.0. Every model also supports Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare. Samsung no longer packs a wall charger — the box has a USB-C to USB-C data cable and the phone (TSG10004633 / ANS10001612).
For Super Fast Charging, Samsung AU says the charger must support USB Power Delivery PPS (Programmable Power Supply), not just a high wattage number. The cards above are ones whose makers document PPS. A 45W PPS brick is the right tier if you have S25+, Ultra or FE (or want one brick that covers the whole series). A 30W PPS brick covers the 25W S25 / S25 Edge models with headroom. Skip old USB-A cubes — they don’t do Super Fast Charging.

What’s in the Galaxy S25 box
Samsung US (ANS10001612) says latest Galaxy devices exclude wall chargers; the in-box items still include a USB-C cable. The Galaxy S25+ “What’s in the box” page (TSG10004633) lists a USB Data Cable (C to C) and states chargers are sold separately. So you need to buy the wall charger; any of the PPS USB-C PD chargers above plugs into that cable (or a spare USB-C cable).

Wired: Samsung AU: even a high-watt charger may not Super Fast Charge if it lacks USB-PD PPS. Samsung UK: Super Fast Charging 2.0 requires USB Power Delivery 3.0 with Direct Charging. Samsung’s own 45W adapter (EP-T4511) publishes PPS profiles; Anker’s A121D product page documents PPS and says Galaxy S25 series supports full-speed fast charging on that brick.
Speed examples (Samsung Global Newsroom): Galaxy S25 up to about 50% in around 30 minutes with a 25W adapter; Galaxy S25+ up to about 65% in around 30 minutes with a 45W adapter (adapters sold separately; lab conditions).

The right cable
Every Galaxy S25 model charges over USB-C. Samsung ships a USB-C to USB-C data cable in the box. Samsung UK historically pairs 45W Super Fast Charging with a 5A cable; Samsung AU adds that for Galaxy S25 and later, Super Fast Charging 2.0 is supported with the 3A USB cable included with the device when using Samsung’s 45W PD adapter. Samsung also sells separate 3A and 5A USB-C cables (ANS10004599). The 1 m cable in the box is enough for most people; a longer spare USB-C cable is optional.
